Abstract Submission Guidelines

Before you click the “submit” button, please read the guidelines carefully.

  • We do not accept abstract as a file. Abstract must be fill out online and submitted.
  • Manuscript must be used SI-units and written in English.
  • Manuscript should be written within 1-page in length. (Please follow the sample format as much as possible.)
  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Committee according to reviewing procedures.
  • After the review, we will announce the detailed program. (Oral, Poster)
  • The e-mail you provided us will be used to notify you of the acceptance and to send you updated information.
  • The presenting author should reply to the acceptance notification for confirmation of attendance.
  • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by deadline of early bird registration, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • No additional proofreading or corrections will be allowed after the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
  • You cannot delete the submitted abstract directly. If you submitted doubled, or you wanted to delete the abstract, you have to notify the secretariat.
